I’ve spent more than three decades in the Ready Mix industry, working across Ready Mix operations, industry technology and software, and consulting. Throughout that journey, I’ve experienced the realities of this industry from the ground up: people, plants, trucks, customers, technology, margins, culture, and the constant pressure to perform when conditions rarely go exactly as planned. That experience shaped a belief that still guides my work today: technology creates its greatest value when it makes good people better at what they do.

Today, my focus is helping Ready Mix organizations navigate one of the most significant transitions our industry has faced: the move toward AI-enabled, digitally connected operations.

I work at the intersection of Ready Mix operations, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, leadership, and organizational change. My role isn't simply to help companies understand what AI can do. It is to help leadership teams determine where it can create meaningful business value, prepare their organizations to adopt it, and bring their people along through the transformation.
